- Project cancellation initiated by AutoBrainy
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Delay caused by client (e.g., not providing required information)
- Dissatisfaction without valid technical reason
- Completed or partially delivered services
- Third-party platform issues (e.g., WhatsApp API, CRM tools)
5. Third-Party Costs
Any fees paid to third-party services (such as WhatsApp Business API providers, hosting platforms, or software tools) are strictly non-refundable.
6. Subscription & Recurring Services
- Monthly or recurring services must be canceled before the next billing cycle
- No partial refunds for unused periods
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in permanent suspension of services and legal action if necessary.
8. Processing of Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–10 business days
- The amount will be credited via the original payment method
